Dad's Sunday School Blackbottom Cupcakes

First Bowl:
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix this into batter and fill muffin papers halfway full.

Second Bowl:
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips

Cream these ingredients, adding chips in last. Put one spoonfull onto top of cake batter on the side.

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Makes about 14 cupcakes.
