Soup Noodles

1 whole egg
3 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 TBS water

Combine these ingredients, then add flour till a stiff dough forms.
Roll out about 1/4 inch thin and cut into strips with a pizza cutter.

Add strips to boiling soup and cook about 5 minutes.
They will cook up pretty big, so use small pieces.
